Asador

Chef-owned since 2021 by Chef Houssein with his partner Joseba, built around a Basque-style parrilla burning apple, cherry and hickory, plus a Castilian wood-fired oven. In-house dry-aged steaks, cochinillo, chargrilled octopus, Santoña anchovies and acorn-fed Jamón Ibérico, with the 60ml bar alongside.
