Chuan Kee Satay
A family stall since the 1970s, run for decades by Mr Wee Sang Tow — who grew up helping at his father's satay stall on Geylang Lorong 3 — and his wife, at Old Airport Road since the centre opened in 1974. Hainanese pork and chicken satay grilled low over charcoal, with pineapple in the peanut sauce. The waits are legendary.
