Kim Hock Guan

Founded in 1905 and run by the same family across five generations, which makes it the oldest bak kwa name in Singapore. The pork is sliced rather than minced and grilled over charcoal, giving a firmer, less sweet result than the modern versions. A second counter trades at Bencoolen Street.
