Ho Chi Minh-style cooking from owner Jeff Koh, who carries about 100kg of fresh ingredients back from Vietnam every fortnight and bakes baguettes in an oven imported from there. The bun thit nuong has its partisans as the best in Singapore. Closes for a day or two some months for the ingredient run.
