Opened in 2015 by Jan and Willa, smoking responsibly-sourced meat low and slow over wood pellets. USDA Prime brisket, Australian beef short ribs, Iberico duroc pork ribs and a pulled-pork sandwich, on secret rubs and brines. Singaporean-owned, one room, and it stops when the meat runs out.
